Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the MindLax Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Program, you must be a current customer of MindLax who has purchased and used the MindLax sleep-aid mat.
2. Social media post Rewards:
- You will receive an $10 Amazon Gift Card and $50 MindLax.com Coupon, which can be shared with your friends and families or used for your next purchase on MindLax.com. These rewards are dispatched upon proof of sharing the Program with friends and family on social media platforms.
3. Referred Purchase Reward:
- For each successful purchase made by a referred individual using your unique referral link, you will receive an additional $50 Amazon Gift Card as a token of our appreciation.
4. Participation Guidelines:
- Referrals must be made by sharing your unique referral link with friends and family.
- Referrals must result in successful purchases for rewards to be granted.
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to accrue rewards.
- Referrals should be made in a genuine manner and should not involve spamming, misleading claims, or unethical behavior.
5. Reward Delivery:
- Amazon Gift Cards and MindLax.com Coupons will be sent to your email address on record.
- Rewards will be processed and delivered within a reasonable time after a successful referral or purchase, at the discretion of MindLax.
6. Changes and Termination:
- MindLax reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
- Any fraudulent or inappropriate activity related to the Program may result in the termination of your participation and the forfeiture of any earned rewards.
7. Data Privacy:
- MindLax will collect and use personal information as described in its Privacy Policy. This may include sharing your name and referral data with the referred individuals.
8. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
By participating in the MindLax Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
